The Welcome Keynote speaker is Dave Soper, Soper Plumbing & Heating, presenting “Haiti Work Teams”.    Haiti Work Teams is committed to improving the quality of life for the Haitian people by offering sound construction techniques and assistance in building projects. Projects include schools, clinics, hospitals, solar storage, wells, water storage, septic systems, trash containment and waste removal.     Dave has been to Haiti for the last nine years and has worked on the hospitals, an orphanage and several other sites.     Dave has video of the work and how some of it was done including how a well was dug by hand!     Dave has been a member of IOWWA for over eight years, he is CIOWTS certified and also is a Time of Transfer inspector.     This keynote session earns one hour of continuing education for the CIOWTS credential.
